| ABOUT OUR
STORY In 1964, after opening in "Città
Alta" the “Agnello d’oro” hotel and
restaurant, the Capozzi family tried a new adventure in a
strategic point for who cames from the motorway.
“The great intuition cames from my father Pino brilliant
mind – Pier Carlo Capozzi, the hotel manager from the
opening, reveals – and I remember it very well since
my teens because of fish and icecream sale thanks to a "Romeo"
cold store van we drove close to a land area to arrive at
the motorway. Regularly my father had a look at that land,
in those days a bare field crossed by an irrigation ditch,
and he was unpleased to dont have the resources to build a
hotel: it was the beginnig of the sixties and, against all,
he cames in first”.
